Florida Keys Vacation | Personal Post
John wants to be the type of person that plans surprises, but he just isn’t haha. So I was shocked to say the least when he told me he had planned a trip to the Florida Keys for my birthday! In the past, whenever we plan a beach vacation we get rainy weather. So of course the forecast showed rain every day, but we actually lucked out with pretty nice weather most of the trip!
We saw so many cool things! Dolphins, stingrays, jelly fish, a sea turtle, and my favorite… lots of manatees. The sunsets over the water were so beautiful! And of course, we ate an insane amount of delicious food! Key lime pie being the highlight for me! We went fishing, where I caught a shark, went on lots of pretty walks, went snorkeling and kayaked through the mangroves. It was such a nice getaway! Here’s to being 32!
