I love this family! They recently welcomed tiny Josie into the family and I’m so grateful Tara asked me to document this exciting time in their lives. There’s nothing quite like having a newborn around. They are all so smitten with her. And look at that head of hair! She was so sweet. The best compliment as a photographer is having return clients. I took their family photos at Antelope Island last year (you can see that session here). I’m so grateful for this family, thank you!

Bless my dear sister-in-law Nicci! She is the very first person who asked me to take their family photos. She has stuck with me, and I’m so grateful. I look forward to taking her sweet family’s photos every year. She is so laid back and just trusts me and goes with the flow. I love that about her! They are all just so photogenic and I always love how their photos turn out.
Minchey Family + Emery County Utah
I love getting to photograph friends and family when I visit Emery County! Except for when it’s a family I haven’t seen in a while and their kids are so grown up it makes me feel super old… haha. The Minchey family was wonderful, but I seriously remember their oldest being a little boy when I moved away. How does that happen?! This location is less than a mile away from my parents house and I had never used it before! I love how it turned out. Thanks for letting me capture your amazing family Mincheys!
Lemmon Family + Little Cottonwood Canyon
Oh little Maisy! She completely stole my heart at this session! I mean, how adorable is she? She was so perfect the whole time even though it was windy and a little chilly. I used to work with her beautiful mom Brighton, before I had my first baby. I love anytime we are able to get back together. She was such a great friend to have at work! I loved watching her husband Dean with his little girl. You can tell she has him wrapped around her tiny little finger. He is so cute with her! Thanks for having me Lemmon family.
Ellis Family + Fall Mini Session
This session was fun for me! It made me realize how much harder I have to work when I have toddlers and babies in front of my camera haha. These older kids were a breeze! Janna and I are related through our grandmas, who are sisters. It had been far too long since I had seen her and her kids, so it was great to get in touch again! Anderson Family + Fall Mini Session
I have been dying to take this family’s pictures and I’m so glad we finally made it happen! Michelle is my sister-in-law’s sister…. so I’m not sure what that makes us but I do know that she’s pretty great. Kjirstyn is my husband’s cousin and she is so great! I was beyond flattered when her and her gorgeous family drove all the way from Idaho Falls just to take family photos with me. The summer after my husband John and I got married, he felt that doing summer sales was the right thing for us. Neither of us were too sure about it, but we packed up and drove to Arkansas anyway. Jensen Family + Desert Session
Jeremiah is my second cousin and our families used to go camping together when I was younger. Not sure why we stopped because it was always so fun! Walker Family + Big Cottonwood Canyon
I sat down to edit a sneak peek of this session and ended up finishing the entire thing! This family is just too gorgeous, I couldn’t make myself stop. Val and I know each other from design school and I love each time I get to see her and her family. Their sweet Gavin is growing so fast! He looked like such a little man in his outfit.
