We grew up together and are close in age, so it’s so fun to see his family grow and watch our kids play with each other. I can’t believe we are adults with kids of our own now. So crazy!!! Emery County Photographer + Hurst Family The last time I photographed the Hurst family, it felt very different. Their oldest daughter Erin had recently been diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer. It was scary and uncertain and my heart was breaking for them. I’m so happy to say Erin is cancer free and doing incredible! I mean, her smile says it all! I’m so incredibly happy for them! I love this family dearly. You can see that first session I did for them here. They have also added a son-in-law since then. Thanks for having me Hurst Family! It was so good to see you all again.

It had been a while since I had seen them in person, so it was nice to catch up with all of them! The oldest, Lauren, will be leaving on a mission for the LDS church early next year. Saltair Mini Session | Maxfield Family Valerie is a talented interior designer and we used to work together at an architecture firm before we both had kids. We were actually pregnant with our first babies at the same time! I hadn’t seen her since then, so I loved meeting her beautiful kids! Their family is the sweetest! Little Norah started falling asleep on their drive, so it took her a while to warm up, but once she did we had so much fun!
