The Players are from my home town and they made the 2.5 hour drive to have their family photos taken by me. It’s the ultimate compliment! I adore this family! I went to high school with Jodi and Jordan and it was so fun to see them and meet their adorable kids! I felt like I could have stayed forever just catching up with them. You would never know they made a long drive and had car trouble on the way to their session (every mom’s worst nightmare)! The older brother, Nash, was always taking care of little Averi and trying to cheer her up. It was so sweet! I even got a smile or two from Quinn. Jodi has always been beautiful, but motherhood sure looks gorgeous on her! Thanks for making the drive Gee family. It was a joy to see you again and photograph your beautiful family at Mountain Dell!

There’s no place like the Utah mountains in the summer! It’s my absolute favorite time of year to photograph families and this location is just gorgeous! Samuel’s sister won a family session that I had donated to a local fundraiser, but since she lives in California she gifted the session to the Purcell Family. I loved meeting this sweet family. They absolutely adore their beautiful little girls and capturing their love was a joy!

The wildflowers lasted just long enough for this beautiful family’s very first family photos. Yes, first family photos… ever! They have never hired a photographer and had professional family photos taken. I was so honored to be the one to capture these for them! They are such a fun family and I had a great time in the beautiful mountains with them! Hopefully I didn’t scare them off and they will make family photos a regular thing. Anyone else out there need your first family photos taken? I’m your girl! Thanks again Cable Family! It was so nice to meet all of you.
